2.15pm: Steady from Within: Building Inner Strength for Challenging Moments
With Kenny Wen, Co-Founder of Lumina Mind | Communication Coach | Mentor
Resilience isn't a personality trait you either have or don't — it's something you can understand, practise, and grow. In this wellbeing workshop, you'll explore what really keeps people steady in difficult times, recognise the coping patterns that are already working for you, and walk away with a set of simple, repeatable techniques to draw on whenever life feels uncertain.
Grounded in real experience, not just theory — because that's where the good stuff lives.
3:40pm: Just Laugh — A Joyful Laughter Yoga For You
With Chusan See Toh, Certified Add Heart Facilitator | Adult Learning Trainer (ACLP) | Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming & Timeline Practitioner | Emotional Mastery Coach
Laughter is the best medicine, so let's laugh more together!
Join us at this Laughter Yoga session, which uses deliberate laughter, movement, and breathwork to trigger a cascade of feel-good hormones — dopamine, serotonin, endorphins — that lift your mood, ease pain, lower stress, and leave you feeling genuinely lighter.
No sense of humour required. No jokes. Just the radical act of laughing in a room full of people.
Joy is something you can create simply by practising it. Come laugh together with us!
4:30pm: ALIGN | A Heart-Centred Experience Through Breathwork, Sound, Movement & Creative Journalling
With Amanda Ling, Multidisciplinary Healing Arts Practitioner | Musician | Author | Mentor
When life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or stretched beyond capacity, finding moments of stillness can become a powerful place to begin again. This session invites participants into a gentle yet meaningful space to slow down, reconnect, and create clarity from within.
Through heart-centred breathwork, sound healing, movement, and creative journalling, this immersive experience offers simple embodied practices designed to support calm, reflection, and self-awareness during periods of stress, transition, or change.
Participants will be guided through moments of movement, breath, and creative exploration before settling into a restorative meditative sound bath featuring the resonant tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls layered with ambient music to encourage integration, inner stillness, and renewal.
Whether navigating a season of change, moving through a personal crossroads, or simply seeking space to pause and reset, ALIGN offers an opportunity to return to yourself and move forward with greater clarity, calm, and intention.
